I worked to provide the team at Blink with a comprehensive view of how users viewed their product by conducting in-depth customer interviews and providing solutions for an improved service.

We used the combination of user interviews and moderated user tests to create an extensive research report for the team at Blink.

Given the success of the initial user testing, Blink asked us to dive deeper into the platform and explore more user journeys to identify more potential pain points and unhappy paths. We mapped all of the possible user journeys schematically asking questions at each decision point to ensure we were creating the best possible experience for the user.
